It’s has been 5 month to the day (last post August 1st LEARNING ABOUT THE MOON) that I have posted. So what has happened?!?!?!? Well…
Actually I returned to work. I know that SUCKS!!! But it was necessary. It’s time to move and we need all the shillings we can gather to make it happen, so in August I returned as a Kindergarten teacher. Yes I do miss being at home. Being a stay at home mom is awesome. I loved being the modern day, blogging Betty Crocker who sewed and kept a Bullet Journal. Now I am the always tired and never have time to clean, or cook working mom, who forgets to write in her bullet journal because I have no time. Oh well, life goes on.
So here is an update…. I am now a WORKING Teacher mom of 2. I will start blogging again, and now I am creating on Teachers Pay Teachers. I do cook, sometimes, (mostly on the weekends), actually only on Sundays and in the crockpot. I do still sew, I made a bow tie for my brother for Christmas. And I do enjoy writing in my bullet journal. I have cut off almost all my hair, and I have lost all my baby weight!!
Returning to work has taken, and is still taking some adjustment time. I do love teaching, but it is a lot of work, outside of the classroom. Here are a few pictures of my classroom. I made everything that is on the walls. I have decided that I am going to design, create my classroom materials. It gives me the opportunity to put my desire to craft to use.
My little guys have grown up. Big Jack is in Kindergarten and Baby Jack is now in daycare. It was really hard transitioning from being at home full time with mommy to being in daycare. It was really hard for both of us. I ended up leaving work early to get him before the official school start. Now he is fine.
Doesn’t he look so happy?!? He has learned how to sign and he is saying some words. I am happy for the time that we had together. 10 months is better than a few months so I am not going to complain.
I will begin posting a new post at least once a week. If anyone out there has a questions, thought or concern please feel free to send me an email.
